This Privacy Policy explains how AERM Holding Corp ("AERM," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit aermsystems.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact or demo-request form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, company name, work email, phone number, industry, and the services you're interested in.
Information collected automatically. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, page views and general location at the country level). This does not identify you individually.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the information or demo you requested.
- To contact you about our services by phone call, text message (SMS), and email, including through automated or prerecorded technology, where you have given consent.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. Text messaging & calls (consent)
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box, you agree that AERM may call and text you about its services, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. You can opt out of calls or emails by telling us or using the unsubscribe link. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us operate and that process data on our behalf: HubSpot (CRM and meeting scheduling), Web3Forms (form processing), Resend (transactional email), Twilio (SMS), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), and Google (video meetings).
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
5. Cookies & analytics
The Site uses privacy-friendly analytics that do not rely on advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We do not use the Site to serve third-party advertising.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no consistent industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, so we do not respond to them at this time. Regardless of any DNT setting, we do not track visitors over time or across third-party websites, and we do not serve targeted advertising.
6. Data retention
We keep lead and contact information for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us. Records of SMS and calling consent, including the consent language and timestamp, are retained for 5 years as required for regulatory recordkeeping.
7. Your choices & rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you gave us, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. To make a request, email info@aermsystems.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
