Who we are

The infrastructure behind businesses that sell through people.

AERM Holding Corp is a Georgia company that builds and operates the commercial infrastructure for businesses whose revenue depends on a team of people closing deals — insurance agencies, roofing, HVAC, solar, remodeling and construction trades, carpentry, flooring, painting, pest control, home services, auto services, landscaping — and any business that sells through a team.

We're not an agency and we're not a software vendor. We build one engine — the portal, the sales process, the campaigns, the content, and the automation — and we run it with you. Everything we build ships in English and Spanish from day one.

The difference is simple: in its first year running a real sales organization, the AERM platform helped grow the salesforce from 20+ to 50+ agents and production from $600K to $1.5M+ — recruiting, licensing and training over 50 agents in twelve months. It's proven in production, not a prototype.

The platform

The portal your salesforce actually runs on.

Your people get one place to learn, to work, and to be measured. You get to stop asking how it's going.

Activity & production reporting

Product demo — Meridian Group is a sample agency with sample data.

01 · Onboarding

New people ramp without you in the room.

Staged training with quizzes that gate the next module — day one through day ninety. You see who is on which module without asking anyone.

44 modules across three programs are running today in the Insurance Edition.

02 · KPIs

The numbers, without asking for them.

Calls, appointments, presentations, sales, referrals and premium — per person, per team, per week. Every metric carries its target, so nobody has to interpret whether 46% is good.

03 · Reporting

Reports that build themselves.

Weekly and monthly, per agent, per manager, agency-wide. Nobody assembles a spreadsheet on Sunday night, and nobody argues about whose number is right.

04 · Pipeline

Recruiting you can see through.

Every candidate and exactly where they stopped — contracted, active, inactive, resigned. You find out the top of your funnel is emptying while you can still do something about it.

05 · Alerts

It tells you who stopped.

The portal names the people who did not report activity today, by name, on the owner's screen. Learning that on Friday costs you the week.

06 · Retention

Recognition that runs on its own.

Milestones fire automatically — first sale, personal records, team production tiers — and managers are notified without being asked. People who get seen stay longer.

Roles and hierarchy are built in: agents, managers, admin and callers each see exactly what belongs to them, and nothing that doesn't.

Every metric carries the target you set. The system tells your managers which number is off before the month closes — not after.

How it fits together

Two ways in. One engine.

Where you start depends on how your business sells. Both routes begin with the same thing.

The portal and the sales system are the part that needs a team. Everything else works either way.

Products & services

Six service lines. Two editions. One engine.

Each line works on its own; together they compound. Most clients start with one or two and expand — you never buy all six at once.

01 · Website

Where the engine sends people

A bilingual site built to convert, not to decorate: the offer stated plainly, the forms wired to your CRM, the pages that make you findable. Usually the first thing we build, because everything else needs somewhere to send people.

For any business whose site is older than its ambition.
02 · Platform

The portal that runs your salesforce

A dedicated, branded portal: training, onboarding, pipeline/CRM, progress, achievements, role-aware dashboards, automated reporting and email.

For anyone building a team that sells — in two editions below.
03 · Enablement

The sales system itself

Sales process, staged curriculum, scripts and objection handling, manager playbooks. Your top performer's method, made repeatable.

For owners whose best rep is irreplaceable — until now.
04 · Acquisition

Paid campaigns that bring both

Recruiting campaigns to attract sellers, demand campaigns to attract customers — with attribution wired back to closed revenue.

For businesses that need more people and more leads.
05 · Brand & Content — the MDS

On-brand content on autopilot

The Marketing Design System (MDS): a brand design system plus AI-produced content. Pixel-level signature, bilingual by design, a system with memory — not a freelancer.

For any business with a social presence. See the MDS →
06 · Automation

Speed and follow-up, handled

Lead response in under 30 seconds, qualification and routing, follow-up sequences, appointment reminders — email marketing included.

For businesses losing leads to slow response.
Bilingual by design

English + Spanish, from the start

Everything ships in both languages — a real edge in the U.S. Hispanic market, never a bolted-on translation.

Aldo Ramírez

Aldo Ramírez

Founder & President

Aldo founded AERM after building and operating its platform at Ramirez Organization, the insurance agency he owns, for over a year — growing that organization from 20+ to 50+ agents and $600K to $1.5M+ in production. Born in Barinas, Venezuela, he came to the U.S. in 2010 chasing a soccer dream and found his calling building the systems behind people who sell. He leads AERM's strategy, sales system, and every client build.

Paola Asaro

Paola Asaro

Co-founder & COO

Paola co-founded AERM and leads operations — delivery, team development, and the culture behind every client build. Born in Mérida, Venezuela, she came to the U.S. in 2019 and helped build and run the salesforce where the AERM platform was proven. Her leadership blends discipline, clarity, and purpose.

Questions

What owners ask before the first call.

Straight answers. If something here rules us out for you, that's the answer doing its job.

What businesses and industries do you serve?

Two answers, because we do two different things.

The portal and the sales system are for companies whose revenue depends on a team of people closing deals — insurance agencies, roofing, HVAC, solar, remodeling and construction trades, carpentry, flooring, painting, pest control, home services, auto services, landscaping. If people carry your revenue, the engine fits.

Your website, brand and content (the Marketing Design System), paid campaigns and automation don't depend on any of that. Restaurants, food trucks, shops, clinics, a one-person business — if you have customers to reach and a brand that has to stay consistent, those lines work the same way.

So most owners can start somewhere. What changes by industry is which lines fit, not whether we can help. If your sales cycle is purely digital, the portal isn't for you, and we'll say so — the other lines may still be.

What exactly is AERM — software, an agency, or a consultancy?

None of the three. AERM is a commercial infrastructure company: we build the system, implement it, and operate it with you on an ongoing basis. An agency rents you activity. A consultancy hands you a deck. We build the engine your salesforce runs on and then run it alongside you.

What does it cost?

We don't quote before we understand the business, and we won't put a number on this page that turns out to be wrong for you. What we can tell you is how it's structured: a one-time build fee, plus a monthly fee to operate. Building and operating are priced separately — building is heavy and finite, operating is lighter and permanent. On build-and-operate engagements there is also a variable: a set amount per closed job, and per recruited seller still producing at ninety days. A fixed amount per event, not a percentage of your revenue, and it doesn't apply to licensed or content-only work. Ad spend is never included and you pay the platforms directly.

What sets the number is what the problem is costing you today — turnover, slow lead response, close rate — not our hours. That's what the first 30 minutes are for. We work with established businesses, and we're not the cheapest option in the market.

Do I have to buy all six service lines?

No, and we won't sell them that way. Six lines define the company; two or three define a contract. Loading everything into month one is where delivery goes wrong.

Most clients start with the website, because it is the fastest thing to show and everything else needs somewhere to send people. Then they add the line that feeds it.

How long does it take?

Depends on the line. Content work typically goes from intake to a published campaign in one to two weeks. Licensing the existing portal is typically one to two weeks from signature to go-live. Building a new edition from scratch is a multi-month engagement. We don't commit to a delivery date before the diagnostic — a date given before we understand the scope is a promise that breaks itself.

Who owns the system and the work?

You license the platform and the content system for as long as you're with us, and everything is branded to you — your instance, your palette, your pillars, your scripts. AERM keeps the underlying engine: the frameworks, the methodology, the prompt architecture, the QA system. If the engagement ends, you keep everything already produced and published; you don't keep the machine that made it. The binding terms live in the signed agreement, not on this page.

Do you work in Spanish?

Everything we build is bilingual English and Spanish by design, not translated afterward. Industry terminology stays in English on purpose, because that's how crews actually talk. Before we quote we ask what language your sales team operates in — a lot of field businesses in Georgia only need Spanish, and that changes the scope.

Who pays for ad spend?

You do, directly to Meta or Google. Ad accounts stay in your name with us as admin. AERM never funds, fronts, or processes ad spend — it stays your money, in your account, spent on your behalf, visible to you at all times.

Is there a long-term contract?

There's an initial term, and after it the agreement continues month to month with notice. We build things designed to keep running, so the recurring relationship is the model — but we don't trap anyone into a multi-year commitment to get there. Specific terms are in the order form.

What do you need from me to start?

Time in one working session, your real brand files, and straight answers about how the business actually runs today — including the parts that aren't working. Nothing gets built on assumptions. For paid campaigns we'll need admin access to ad accounts in your name.

What proof do you have that this works?

One organization, in production for over a year: the salesforce went from 20+ to 50+ producers and annual production from $600K to $1.5M+ over twelve months, recruiting, licensing and training more than 50 agents in that period.

Results from Ramirez Organization, AERM Holding Corp's own insurance agency, where the AERM platform was built and first operated. These are one organization's results over one twelve-month period and are not a promise or guarantee of the results any other business will achieve.

What don't you do?

We don't take equity and we don't take jobs. We don't quote before we diagnose. We don't run your ad spend through our accounts. We don't promise a result, a percentage, or a date we haven't earned the right to promise. And if we don't think we can help you, we'll tell you in the first conversation rather than sell you a phase one.

Speed to lead

Two clocks, two kinds of promise.

One number is measured in production. The other is a commitment we hold ourselves to — and we keep them separate, on purpose.

Start with a diagnostic

Let's find out what the problem is costing you.

A 30-minute conversation. We map where revenue is leaking — turnover, slow response, close rate — and show you the system that closes the gap. No pitch deck, no price sheet until we understand the number.

We work with established businesses. If you're pre-revenue, we're not your fit — and we'll tell you.
